Beer Cheese Bread

This is so quick and easy and goes excellent with soup and chili which are a favorite on a snowy winter day like today!


Beer Cheese Bread

  • 3 cups of flour

  • 2 cups of cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar

  • 3 teaspoons of fresh thyme

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 can of 12 oz beer

  • 1 egg

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  Combined the dry ingredients and set aside.  Gently whisk the beer and eggs together then add to the dry ingredients and mix.  Spray a 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3" loaf pan with cooking spray.  Spoon in the batter and bake for 45 minutes.
