Pheasant Hearts White Bean Soap
The heart of any animal is a wonderful piece of meat that should not be through out. This soup is a great introduction to getting your family to eat this meat.
Pheasant Hearts White Bean Soap
1 cup of great northern white beans, dried
1.5 quarts of stock
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of white onions, diced
1 Jalapeno, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1.25 pounds of pheasant hearts, diced
Place beans and stock into the instat pot and set for 45 minutes and let naturally vent. Heat olive oil in a sauté pan and cook onions and peppers until the onion is translucent. Toss in the hearts in with the peppers and onions and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir the mixture into the bean mix and let cook on low for 10-20 minutes. Serve with homemade biscuits or bread!
