Taco Tuesdays with Fish!

Fish tacos remind me of our trips with my husbands family to Cabo.


Fish Tacos

  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon of cumin

  • 1 tablespoon of paprika

  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2  teaspoon of pepper

  • 2 tablespoons of canola oil

Cut the fillets into 1 inch strips. Mix together all the spices and coat the fish with the spice mix. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the fish until flaky about 2 minutes per side. depending on the thickness of the fish.  Serve with warm corn tortillas, shredded mozzarella cheese, cabbage, black beans and fresh guacamole.

Thinly slice half a head of cabbage place in a bowl. Squeeze half a lime over it, add salt and pepper to taste and toss.
